We began by demolishing and clearing the site, which was previously occupied by a motel and houses, then progressed into construction of the service station, which has a 16 dispenser canopy, a shop, a car wash and a refuse compound.
Although we encountered shallow rock during excavations, and had to work within a congested site on a high-traffic road with significant traffic restrictions, we completed the project within a tight three-month timeframe.
