Here we were contracted to perform staged construction of five commercial warehouse units while accommodating an existing tenant.
The warehouse units had a total floor area of 3700m2 and each unit had a mezzanine office and ablutions.
Construction challenges included controlled removal of asbestos and ground decontamination.
