As part of the Waterview Connection project we built this 6000m2 heavy industry facility to manufacture the 24,000 tunnel segments that form the inner walls of the 2400m Waterview Tunnel.
The structural steel and precast concrete warehouse has Colorsteel roofing and cladding and a reinforced concrete slab.
Our work included batch plant foundations, column plinths and underground hoppers, channel drains including all excavations, subgrade prepping, concrete slabs and thickenings, and waterproofing of the proposed holding pit.
