Our task here was to construct and commission an LPG bottle-filling facility, including a 2800m2 steel portal-framed filling hall where thousands of exchangeable 9kg gas cylinders are emptied, tested, painted, filled and refurbished. All the services we installed in this high-hazard facility were required to be intrinsically safe.
We undertook all electrical and process works, created two in-situ concrete sand-filled mounds to hold above-ground 50,000L LPG vessels, built a 200m2 timber framed administration building, and installed yard lighting with security cameras and access control system.
