Constructing and commissioning an LPG Bottle bottle swap filling facility for 9kg exchangeable cylinders.
A 2,800m2 steel portal framed filling hall was built to house bottle handling, including all electrical and process works. Services installed in this high hazard facility were all required to be intrinsically safe. Works included two in-situ concrete sand filled mounds to hold above-ground 50,000L LPG vessels, a 200m2 timber framed administration building, yard lighting with security cameras and access control system.
