This new vacuum pump station controls the sanitary wastewater from the 361-hectare Drury South Crossing masterplanned mixed-use precinct.
For this project, we completed the structural and civil works for March Cato and Classic Builders.
The pump station structure is made of precast concrete panels, structural steel and timber framing. A large basement houses mechanical pumps and pipework and a control room on the ground floor houses the networks electrical systems.
During the project our scope grew to include placement of underground tanks and stormwater systems and polyethylene vacuum pipework mains.
