Construction of this architecturally designed two-storey office involved Colorsteel claddings, aluminium composite and precast concrete panels with structural steel portals, a reinforced ground floor slab and a mid-floor tray deck floor system.
We also demolished existing buildings, modified existing warehouses (including a 3850m² reroof, a 150m² extension to the existing canopy and reinforcing the warehouse slab) and undertook all associated services and site works.
