Q: What does Cassidy’s First Choice philosophy mean to you?
A: It means we treat others as we would like to be treated, and we do the right thing – even when no-one is looking. From formal Board of Directors’ meetings to daily pre-start conversations on all our sites, our people actively identify what First Choice looks like and use that to guide their decisionmaking and actions. We set high standards for ourselves because we want to make every interaction a positive experience for our clients, consultants and suppliers and the communities we serve.
Q: How does it look for clients?
A: We believe that open communication, a one-team mindset and a no-surprises approach are key to building successful ongoing partnerships with our clients. We work hard every day to deliver the best possible results for their project, using our preconstruction knowledge and detailed planning and quality systems to identify potential problems before they arise so we can proactively manage solutions to prevent delays and cost over-runs.
