We’re proud to have delivered this new 1000m² warehouse and 160m² two-level office building on Neil Park Drive, East Tamaki.
As well as constructing the precast concrete panel and structural-steel building, we also completed the interior office fit-out (both ground and mezzanine floors), parking and landscaping.
To add to the complexity of the build, we shared access with a neighbouring warehouse, which meant we had to schedule our crane lifts outside of business hours to avoid disruption. Despite this, we were able to help our the client meet their commitments to their tenant by handing over the warehouse before the office space was completed.
