Having successfully completed the base build of this landmark five-level building at 99 Remuera Road for the landowner, Dilworth Trust Board, we were also contracted to fit out the building on behalf of the tenant, Auckland Radiology Group (ARG). The medical-grade interior fit-out includes light steel framing and all flooring, ceilings, wall linings and finishes. Our team collaborated closely with ARG to deliver specialised modality rooms designed to house advanced imaging technology, including facilitating installation of their high-tech equipment while the building was still under construction.
Our in-house building information modelling (BIM) capability has been integral to our meticulous planning and documentation as we work with specialist trades and consultants to finesse the details of the high-end fit-out. The project’s as-built requirements require our BIM coordinator to model services to LOD 350 in three dimensions.
Having both projects completed by one contractor, under the same project manager, has provided continuity and certainty and delivered efficiencies for the benefit of our clients. The fit-out is on track for completion by October 2025.
