This is a new building constructed near Auckland Airport that will contain the new network fibre distribution throughout the airport. The building has extensive remote building management systems to control the HVAC system, internal climate, security, fire system and backup generator.
Structurally, the building consists of concrete precast panel walls with unispan, structural concrete topping and waterproofing membrane. The external walls are strapped, insulated, and finished with profiled metal cladding.
