Cassidy Construction delivered a new NPD service station within a growing industrial subdivision in Rolleston, Canterbury – one of the fastest-growing towns in the South Island. The scope covered site works, underground fuel systems, a carwash, an eight-dispenser canopy and a retail shop.
A generous site footprint meant we could run several work fronts at once, from civil and groundworks through to the canopy structure and shop fit-out. That parallel approach let us fast-track the build and hit a tight contract programme without compromising on quality – delivering a complete, fully operational service station ready to serve Rolleston’s expanding community.
