We built this new two-level, open-plan classroom building and attached ablution block with minimal disruption to day-to-day school activities and the neighbouring kindergarten and residents.
Construction is concrete slab on driven-pile foundation, with a precast concrete ground floor and a timber-framed first floor and roof. Services included a lift and fire sprinklers throughout.
