Cassidy Construction kicked off a new project in Taupō recently with the first of two electrical buildings for Contact Energy, at the Te Mihi Geothermal Power Station. The buildings are similar to the switchrooms we have previously built for Vector and Powerco.
The bulk cut is complete, and site concrete has gone down. The Cassidy team have also formed the 180m³ raft slab up, completed tanking and reinforcing.
It’s good to be back working for Contact on a large infrastructure project.
