We couldn’t be prouder to share the news that Cassidy Construction recently successfully completed its first ISO 9001 Quality Management System audit – with no major or minor non-conformances identified.
The three-and-a-half-day audit also confirmed that we maintain our existing ISO 14001 Environment and ISO 45001 Health & Safety certifications. Together with ISO 9001, these give us a fully integrated management system covering quality, safety and environmental performance.
Conducted independently by Telarc, the audit reviewed a wide range of projects and business functions, and found our people consistently following the right processes and keeping clear records of their work. The auditors noted that the integration of management system practices within our day-to-day operations was evident across all the locations they visited, reflecting a positive culture and a proactive approach to managing quality, environmental and health and safety performance. They also noted that everyone they met was helpful, engaged and knowledgeable about our systems.
Cassidy Construction General Manager Brendon Vincent says the audit report provides additional assurance to Cassidy’s clients and stakeholders. “We’ve had the Health & Safety and Environment standards for a number of years, and now we’ve formalised our already-robust Quality Management System with ISO 9001 certification too.”
“The result reflects our whole team’s commitment to safely delivering high-quality and environmentally responsible projects for our clients and our communities. A real First Choice effort by all concerned.”
