The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering commercial and industrial projects.
You’ll be involved at every stage, from early engagement through to handover, shaping methodologies and driving delivery.
Reporting directly to our Construction Manager and collaborating with an in-house team of dedicated construction professionals, you’ll work across a variety of projects spanning across 9 sectors.
What you’ll bring:
• 6+ years’ Project Management experience within a NZ main contractor
• A strong track record of delivering commercial and/or industrial projects
• A relevant tertiary qualification (engineering, construction management or similar)
• Strong organisational, communication, and relationship building skills
• The ability to manage your own commercial requirements when needed
• Confident user of Procore and MS Projects
