A revolving roster of Cassidy Construction team members attended the Electricity Engineers’ Association (EEA) conference in Auckland during September, taking turns to represent the company at our exhibit stand, while also catching up with clients, suppliers and industry colleagues from across the country.

The conference is always a great opportunity to showcase our high-voltage capability, share knowledge and stay connected with what’s happening across the industry.

This marks the fourth year in a row that we’ve exhibited at the conference, and having the event at the recently opened New Zealand International Conference Centre in Auckland allowed even more of our team to get involved and help fly the Cassidy flag.

The same week, our General Manager Brendon Vincent took a road trip to Hamilton to attend the Water New Zealand Conference and Expo 2026 and stay across the issues affecting the sector at a time of major change.

During the three-day conference, industry experts and practitioners shared thought-provoking discussions and practical solutions across drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, regulation, infrastructure, sustainability and more.
