In August 2025 we were awarded an exciting new project – the construction of a gymnasium at Liston College in Henderson for the Catholic Diocese of Auckland.
The purpose-designed learning and sport facility will feature a double-court sports floor, teaching spaces, a weights room, changing rooms, storage areas and an administration block.
Within four weeks, our team had the site up and running, with scanning services and profiles in place, ready to start the site strip and fill. The site was filled with crushed concrete to the underside of the beams, then foundation boxing, reo fixing and waterproofing followed. Despite challenging ground conditions, we are working through a total of 68 piles to be augered and poured, ranging in depth from 9 to 14 metres.
The project is scheduled for completion in September 2026.
